ThermaDoor panels friction-fit into the frame of each garage door panel — no glue, no screws, no tools beyond a tape measure and a utility knife.
Measure the length and height of each panel on your door. Panels on the same door are often different sizes, so measure every one. You need the largest measurement across all panels to select the right kit.

ThermaDoor panels arrive slightly larger than your door panels. Use a straight edge and utility knife to trim each panel to fit. Our cutting video below shows the correct technique.
Slide each ThermaDoor panel into the frame of the corresponding door panel. Foam packers hold the panels firmly in place. The door operates exactly as normal once installed.
